Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with § 18 Para. 1 No. 13 FAGG (Austrian Consumer Protection Act), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content that is not supplied on a physical data carrier, if:
- The performance has begun with your prior express consent
- You have confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal
Your Consent
By completing your purchase and initiating the download of digital image files on MamerlerVisuals, you expressly consent to the immediate execution of the contract and confirm that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal upon initiation of the download.
No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not possible once the download has been initiated. Please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before downloading.

- Die Ausführung mit Ihrer ausdrücklichen Zustimmung begonnen hat
- Sie bestätigt haben, dass Sie dadurch Ihr Widerrufsrecht verlieren
Ihre Zustimmung
Mit Abschluss Ihres Kaufs und Initiierung des Downloads digitaler Bilddateien auf MamerlerVisuals stimmen Sie ausdrücklich der sofortigen Vertragsausführung zu und bestätigen, dass Sie wissen, dass Sie mit Beginn des Downloads Ihr Widerrufsrecht verlieren.
Keine Rückerstattung
Aufgrund der Natur digitaler Produkte sind nach Beginn des Downloads keine Rückerstattungen möglich. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie mit Ihrem Kauf zufrieden sind, bevor Sie den Download starten.
